Depending on the service you are seeking, our preparation and travel fees are based on the distance from our centre. For example:
- 0-15 min from our centre is $105
- 30 min from our centre is $210

Telemedicine and Email Consultation
Ranging from $145-240 for a 30 or 60-minute telemedicine consultation.
This can be held via Zoom Video or Phone Call.
Both our quality of life discussion and palliative care consult are also both offered virtually as well.
Any emails or messages requiring the attention of a Veterinarian or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) $95+hst.

Senior Assessment $240
This appointment is a 45 – 60 minute home visit and includes a thorough examination, assessment, and a personalized senior wellness plan.

In-Home Euthanasia & Private Cremation $930-1345 *within barrie
This includes the preparation and travel to your home, sedation, pain medication, peaceful and dignified euthanasia, and return of your angel’s ashes in a personalized urn of your choice.

In-Home Euthanasia $585-750 +HST *within barrie
This includes the preparation and travel to your home, sedation, pain medication, and peaceful and dignified euthanasia without cremation services.

In-Home Euthanasia & Group/Communal Cremation $755-980 *within barrie
This includes the preparation and travel to your home, sedation, pain medication, peaceful and dignified euthanasia, and a communal cremation where your angel’s ashes would not be returned.

Quality of Life Discussion $375
During this 1.5-2 hour consultation (conducted by a Certified Hospice and Palliative Veterinarian (CHPV) or a Certified Hospice and Palliative Technician (CHPT) who completed this certification through the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC)), we perform a brief physical exam and assessment to evaluate your pet’s current quality of life (QOL). We will provide you with tools and strategies to monitor QOL at home, helping you stay informed about your pet’s well-being. We will also discuss how to recognize when it may be time to make important decisions regarding your pet’s care. This session is also available virtually, offering flexibility for you to access support from the comfort of your home.

Palliative Care Consultation $520
This 2.5-3 hour appointment, is conducted by a veterinarian certified in palliative and hospice care through the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC). This includes a brief physical exam and assessment to evaluate your pet’s current quality of life (QOL), and provide you with tools and strategies to monitor their well-being at home. We will also discuss how to recognize when it may be time to make important decisions regarding your pet’s care.
The consultation includes a personalized treatment plan that reflects your pet’s unique needs, as well as your family’s wishes. We will cover several key areas of care, including daily care, crisis planning, pain and symptom management and more. Additionally, you will receive over 30 pages of information, which includes guidelines for monitoring QOL, unique ideas for administering medications, preparing for imminent death, and more. We will provide guidance specific to your pet and your family, empowering and educating you to make compassionate decisions. After the consultation, a brief summary of the plan will be sent to you by email for your reference.

- Cancellation fees apply with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellation, or when our team is on their way to your home.

We do require payment at the time of booking for any reservation in order to confirm your reservation time.
