A 30-minute discussion with Dr. Coulter. During this conversation, you can share your concerns and questions regarding your pet with our veterinarian.

Senior Assessment $250
This appointment is a one-hour home visit and includes a thorough examination, assessment, and a personalized senior wellness plan. Core vaccines required are also included.

In-Home Euthanasia & Private Cremation $750-$925
Includes the home visit, sedation, euthanasia, and return of your pet’s ashes in a personalized urn of your choice. A white clay pawprint is also included.

In-Home Euthanasia $425-$525+HST
Includes home visit, sedation, and euthanasia. This option is best if you prefer to provide an at-home burial or transport your pet to the crematorium.

In-Home Euthanasia & Group/Communal Cremation $575-$725
Includes home visit, sedation, euthanasia, and group cremation (i.e. pet’s ashes are not returned).

Quality of Life Assessment $375
During this 1.5-hour appointment, we provide a thorough examination and assessment of your pet and provide you with information to better understand your pet’s prognosis. We will also provide a personalized palliative care plan, discuss measuring the quality of life, and provide ongoing telesupport.

- Additional travel charges for locations over 40 kilometres from Southwest Barrie.
- Prices do not include HST.
- Pawprints and other options to memorialize your pet are available through Gateway Crematorium.
- Cancellation fee may apply for less than 24 hours notice.

We accept cash, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, or e-transfer.
We do require payment for your pet’s care in advance of your appointment. This allows you to focus on your last moments with your pet.
