Client Care Representative and Aftercare Technician

We are a mostly mobile practice that provides fear-free at-home senior, palliative, hospice and end of life care. We consider ourselves a passionate and caring team who have a special place in our hearts for the families and pets we help through their senior transition.
We implement gold standard hospice and end-of-life veterinary care and are always striving to provide the time and energy necessary for a furry family member in their senior years.
To succeed in this position, we ask applying applicants to have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. We pride ourselves on prioritizing continued education so that each team member can offer the best quality care to our patients and clients.
Heart with Wings acknowledges that to be able to able to provide the best care possible for our families, the comfort and health of our team members is a priority. This is why we make sure to allow for 3 months of training.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide heartfelt, compassionate customer service by engaging in positive interactions with pet families
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls and emails
- Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner
- Go above and beyond to provide stellar customer service to pet families and our veterinarians
- Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, ownership, and sound judgment by adhering to schedules
- Gather and accurately document the pet’s medical information and schedule appointments in an effective manner
- Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards
- Provide compassionate and dignified aftercare to all pets brought to our centre including but not limited to keepsakes for families
- Other duties may be assigned to the employee to ensure the highest standard of customer service
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
8-10 hour shift
Qualifications:
